Al-Amal College of Specialized Medical Sciences Organizes a Scientific Seminar on “The Self-Healing of Human Body Cells”

The Continuing Education Unit at Al-Amal College of Specialized Medical Sciences organized a scientific dialogue seminar titled “The Self-Healing of Human Body Cells”, presented by Asst. Prof. Dr. Faten Abdul-Kadhim Khalif, with the attendance of several faculty members and students.

The seminar discussed the concept of self-healing as a natural process through which the body and mind restore balance and health by utilizing the body’s innate capabilities—enhanced through healthy habits and psychological techniques.
Dr. Khalif explained that key mechanisms of self-healing include wound recovery, immune system stimulation, and the promotion of mental well-being through meditation, proper nutrition, regular exercise, and strong social and emotional support.

The seminar emphasized that adopting such practices improves the body’s efficiency and resistance to diseases, helping cells regain their natural ability to regenerate and heal.

This event comes as part of a series of scientific activities organized by Al-Amal College to raise health awareness and promote a culture of prevention and self-care among students and the academic community.
