Al-Amal College for Specialized Medical Sciences Organizes a Scientific Workshop on Institutional Performance Evaluation

As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance academic and administrative quality, the Continuing Education Unit, in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Division / Performance Evaluation Unit at Al-Amal College for Specialized Medical Sciences, organized a scientific workshop entitled:
"Evaluation of the Performance of Senior Leadership, Faculty Members, Administrative Staff, and Academic Departments,"
held at the college’s conference hall.

The workshop was presented by Lecturer Mustafa Talib Mutasher, who addressed the latest methodologies and standards adopted in institutional performance evaluation. He emphasized the vital role of evaluation in improving academic and administrative performance levels and achieving the college’s objectives in quality assurance and continuous development.

The workshop was distinguished by the presentation of rigorous scientific information and constructive discussions, which contributed to raising participants’ awareness of the importance of self-evaluation and institutional assessment and their role in advancing overall performance and excellence.
